What a fantastic trip - from service, to food, to ports and excursions! Thank you, Royal Caribbean!

Embarkation

5 out of 5
Our embarkation was one of my most stressful travel experiences ever (and all my own fault)! I wish I had written down the name of the man from Royal Caribbean that helped, because he made me feel so much better. Basically, we nearly missed the ship closing their doors. Luckily we had the foresight to call ahead, so they were ready for us as we raced in. I would not recommend this level of stress to anyone! We were very lucky and literally would have missed the boat by 2 minutes. I'm so grateful for the staff that helped us in a situation that they didn't create - they could have just as easily said, "nope, not today" but they did not. This should have been my first clue for the fantastic cruise I was about to be on!

Service and Staff

From the first night, we just fell in love with our 'my time dining' waiter! He was the sweetest thing, and took extra time each night to tell us what was happening the next day, what to expect, and where to go.

Ports of call

Nassau, Bahamas Did not visit port

We went on an excursion out to the Blue Lagoon and swam with the stingrays -- it was awesome!

Cococay (Cruise Line's Private Island) Did not visit port

We were so sad that it rained on us all day, but I could tell that weather aside, the staff and island were amazing!

Glad to hear that. We try to arrive the night before, if not more. And when in ports, a couple hours early to avoid lines and stress. Cheers
