Review summary

Everything was great except the on ship customs check when we got to key west, the person who told us where to go was not very helpful and they had us start at one point and walk around the entire ship back to the same spot to have the customs scheck our paperwork. The actual customs check was fast and efficient.

Heard that Key West customs is a nightmare. Not sure why since the ship departs from Miami before Key West port. We live in South Florida so we'll most likely stay on board at the Key West port as we've been to the Keys many times already--not worth the hassle.
