Review summary

I will start with my favorite part of the cruise which was returning home. I never write reviews but this time I have to. First of all when we arrived at the ports and got in line to board the ship the lady was very rude. We had family with us who was first time cruises who could not believe the way we were being treated. One we got on the ship we found our rooms which was smaller than expected but ok. The first day I realized that I made a big mistake choosing this ship. We went to the 9th floor to eat and Lord behold, the staff was not friendly at all. their were only a few staff members on the floor and they did not assist much at all. We went out that night to join in with the entertainment but their was nothing interesting to be found. Sorry for this review but for me bringing 7 first time cruisers on this ship really broke my heart. The food was ok but the ship was not fun at all. I really enjoyed the bahamas as well as the other islands, that part was awesome.

We went over spring break and we enjoyed this ship but wouldn't go again. But we knew when we booked that our room would be small (interior), and that the ship was smaller. The evening entertainment was fun and the staff friendly. We choose it for the price and when it was. No disappointment but I think we prefer bigger ships. Sorry your trip wasn't what you expected. That's difficult.

Well it appears that this was your first cruise, cause you show no history. Enchantment is one of the smaller ships in Royal Caribbean fleet. I have been on this ship four times in witch our first time was before it was made bigger. In reference to your room you could have seen the square footage before booking this cabin and got a bigger one. Try going on one of the bigger ships .
