Review summary

The service in the dining room and cabins was the best part of the cruise.  The food in the dining room was mediocre at best and the most disappointing aspect.  Also, the information dissemination about events, times, places, debarkation, etc. was very skimpy. Anna the piano player was good but there was very little quiet time or place to enjoy relaxed music with which older folks could identify. Also, there was no band that played popular recognizable "covers" nightly.  The ship should insure that the "trivia" contests (particularly Harry Potter) were conducted by staff familiar with the subject and the pronunciation of the names and places.

I agree - we sailed last September and felt the same experience our dining service upped after a $40 tip though.. We wanted to ensure that we were able to try other entrées because there are so many disappointing ones.
