Food was excellent, room steward was attentive and thorough. Every crew member was wonderfully friendly. Ship could use some upgrades in its appearance.

The only complaint was the balcony. We had a Junior Suite w/a balcony. The partitions on balcony were very dirty and the railings were in bad shape. The room itself was very spacious, clean and lots of storage space.
