Review summary
Our Cabin person Mona was excellent. She was so kind and attentive and always had everything taken care of before we ever thought to ask for it. The boat was however too crowded and not enough amenities- pools for all the people, couldn't even find a deck chair on deck 9 on our cruising day- was soo hot couldn't even get in water in neither of the pools- no room. The activities directors were wonderful, lots of things to do inside and out- mainly inside this cruise due to all the people and 350 argentinian meances on the boat- always in the elevators- wouldn't let anyone in- rude to lots of guests- were extremely loud and all over everywhere. This cruise was different than our first cruise on the Enchantment of the seas. I had an experience in the windjammer with an employee and had my feelings hurt and reported it to the manager of the windjammer and he more then made it right- he was so wonderful and sweet to listen to me - this happened on the same cruising day- with all the overcrowding so it tipped me over the edge to crying- i was so upset at how everything just was not like before- boat was overcrowded!!! The manager treated me and my husband to dinner at Chops Grille- which was so elegant and wonderful- the food was divine- the staff was like family - so wonderful-- it made a bad day great. The workers on the ship were all working so feverishly- trying to keep up but atmosphere on the ship seemed chaotic this year. I have enjoyed most of our cruise this year with The Enchatment of the Seas but will try another ship next year- we are lookin now for our next adventure whatever it may be.

Make sure not to book cruise on free kids week or when there will be 350 argentinian cantata girls on the boat- our cruise had 900 children on it- was hard to enjoy anything
