We were just so happy to be cruising again. Things are slowly but surely getting back to normal. We love the technology of the Medallion App, but there are some issues to work out. I'm sure that will come in time. We did miss a couple of things like the Pub Lunch and the Crab Shack seafood feast. Not really sure why they got rid of those things. But we love Princess and it was another wonderful, relaxing, fun, and happy vacation.

Loved the 10 days, so nice to be cruising and half capacity! day 2 no more mask mandatory on ship. Clean and new!

Geweldig, alleen de medaillon werkt niet echt geweldig ten opzichte van drankjes en eten bestellen op het dek ,en op je creditcard worden dingen dubbel afgeschreven ,moet je wel steeds nakijken en vragen hoe dat zit,vervelend,hoop dat het alsnog nu ik thuis bent allemaal goed komt.verders was dit mijn beste vakantie ooit. Great, only the medallion doesn't work great compared to ordering drinks and food on the deck, and things are charged twice on your credit card, you always have to check and ask how that is, annoying, hope it still is now I'm home all will be well.otherwise this was my best vacation ever.

Overall the cruise was very nice the boat was nice. Felt the entertainment needed to be addressed. Seems that movies under the stars was their biggest entertainment for people. Main dining room food was not what I expected from past cruises.

Nice to have a positive experience on Princess after two years. We were on the Celebrity Edge in Oct. and really loved that ship, but Princess does their thing quite well also in a slightly different manner. We appreciate the differences of cruise lines and the unique features of each.

Beautiful ship, staff very attentive. Food was excellent.

This was my first Princess cruise, after cruising on Norwegian and Carnival a few times. Very pleased. I loved the technology and the use of the Medallion in lieu of a mag stripe card. It really made the experience very hands free and convenient. The crew were amazing, the ship itself really is "enchanted". We never had a wait for anything since we were sailing at about 50% capacity, which honestly now has us a bit spoiled! Will definitely be sailing on Princess again in the future.

Due to covid, only approximately 1600 passengers made this cruise. Enchanted has the capacity for 3,600. All venues were easy to access: pool , buffet, going ashore at all ports, EVEN the ship’s elevators didn’t have long waits or crowded.

Good first time cruise with Princess. Food, drink and entertainment was excellent. Medallion app is great for booking/amending meal times or ordering food and drink. The sanctuary and retreat areas were particularly nice. Would book again.

Would not want to do another cruise aboard this ship. We like outside, unobstructed views of the ocean and this ship does not have space like that.

We were hesitant to sail in a pandemic and not thrilled with the idea of masking up everywhere outside your stateroom. But we’ve been living with this damn virus for better than 2 years. And it’s time to start living our lives again. We only met one person who tried to export his limited medical degree knowledge (that he received from Bubba Medical College), about the worthless-ness of masking up. Regardless, 99.9998% of us thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and greatly appreciated how hard the crew is working to keep everyone safe. Those crew members need their jobs. They want to work to provide for their families around the world. They serve you well. Most of us honored their efforts by doing what WE CAN DO to help everyone sail safely.

Fantastic ship and crew! Doing a back to back ten day cruise. Wonderful time.

We had an excellent cruise even with the Covid protocols we had to go by. The protocols have now changed from what they were. So don't hesitate to go on a cruise!

The cruise was absolutely amazing. The Enchanted Princess is a beautiful ship. It was also a bonus to have as many staff as passengers on the cruise ship. Princess cruises needs to be commended for doing such an outstanding job in keeping everyone safe. The cleaning staff were always cleaning walls, chairs there was always someone cleaning somewhere all the time. There were so many hand sanitizing stations around the ship and passengers and crew members all made a concerted effort to wash their hands and follow Covid guidelines.

This was our first cruise on this ship and found it beautiful, welcoming, and staffed with some of the nicest staff.

Fun and relaxing. Great shows. Great service by the staff and everyone was friendly and helpful.
