Review summary

Best day ever is in Princess Cay. Peaceful, quiet and beautiful beaches. Recommend water shoes when going in the water.

Embarkation

5 out of 5
If you are "Green Laned" on the app you will fly thru the embarkation process. I believe we were at the terminal and on the boat within 10 minutes. Almost too fast when trying to keep all your credentials together.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
The food onboard was excellent, we did however find the new Gigi's pizza wasn't quite as good as Alfredo's on the other Royal class ships.

Onboard Activities

4 out of 5
As the cruising industry is coming out of the Covid era it was understandable for the lack.of some activities. Would have liked at least 1 more production show, like to see the champagne waterfall come back. And we didnt see the Voice of the Sea.

Entertainment

4 out of 5
Included in the onboard activities

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Our room stewart Renee was probably the best we ever had if you get him tip him well. The rest of the staff was always helpful and eager to assist. They let you know that they were here to help you enjoy your cruise

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
You could have eaten off some of the floors. The staff is constantly cleaning and wiping down.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
We were fortunate and was able to land a mini suite. The layout was spacious very clean and up to date. We were on deck 15 mid ship under the Lido deck and to our delight the noise was very little.

Ship tip

Make sure you reserve anything you are.looking for early. We wanted to reserve time in the Sanctuary, we did go up until later on during the embarkation day and the Sanctuary was all reserved and we were.put on a list at number 50. Needless to say we never got any sanctuary time.

Ports of call

Princess Cays (Cruise Line Private Island)

5 out of 5

Ft. Lauderdale (Port Everglades), Florida

5 out of 5
Lots to do in ft.Lauderdale but it can be pricey. Port Everglades is under some construction work but very efficient.

Oranjestad, Aruba

5 out of 5
Great port, lots of shopping and places to eat along the main strip.

Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas

5 out of 5
A beautiful island with plenty to do. We went up to Paradise Point and got some fantastic photos.

St. George's, Grenada

5 out of 5
We did go far in Grenada but the port area was very nice and one could enjoy themselves just hanging out in the port area. Also a very short walk from the ship to the shops.

Roseau, Dominica

5 out of 5
Took a nice Trolly excursion but the port area needs a lot of work and not much to do beyond the ship area.

Willemstad, Curacao

5 out of 5
Did go far but the port was beautiful and I would next time there do more.

Disembarkation

5 out of 5
Bravo Zulu to the Enchanted Princess staff. We were pulled into the wrong pier and to our delight they were able to realign the entire disembarkation process and have us off within 5 minutes of our scheduled time.
