Nice to have a positive experience on Princess after two years. We were on the Celebrity Edge in Oct. and really loved that ship, but Princess does their thing quite well also in a slightly different manner.
We appreciate the differences of cruise lines and the unique features of each.

We found the overall quality of the MDR food and service to be very good. Menus were a little odd, but we enjoyed everything.
Ate at the new Bistro Sur la Mer for the first and last time. Cannot recommend.
New wine glasses and cutlery in the DR and bars was a nice change.
Would like to see more wines by-the-glass available.
Onboard Activities

Seemed like plenty to do. We took a couples pass for the Enclave with a heated thermal pool, steam rooms, and heated chaises ($309 for 10 days per couple).
Entertainment

Full slate of performers, outstanding musicians, and a nice low-key vibe. Also comedians (some killed, some didn't), and two production shows. Enjoyed the jazz at Take Five.

We prefer the first two "Royal Class" ships, the Royal and Regal, over the Enchanted. No Wheelhouse bar, and no Vines on the Enchanted.
The ship was in excellent condition.

MA mini-suite was familiar. MA category in the 400's on Deck 10.
Ship tip
Enjoy the stunning Piazza with the International Cafe and rotating musical acts. Ask about the couples pass for the spa. Skip the Bistro for the Crown Grill.
