Room stewards, waiters, customer service all went above and beyond all previous cruises! Customer Service accommodating/helpful/and definitely went above and beyond! [example: Boston port of call was cancelled due to weather; we had planned on disembarking there, thus I had to cancel and rebook airline. Customer Service was very helpful getting airline number and connecting them to me in our room [so that we didn't have to stay in lobby area as there was a three hour wait for airline to respond!]...

clean and well maintained; my only suggestion is that the rugs indicate which way you are going! [one cruise ship had the fish swimming towards the front of the ship... and alternating color carpeting on each floor, which helps you realize as soon as the elevator door opens that you're on the right/wrong floor!. As we age, little things like this help!]

Size and layout very comfortable. More than adequate storage! Tub was an excellent addition! Room steward exceptional!
