Other than one morning of sea sickness we had a wonderful time. I would do it again. There is so much more to see. The kids club staff was excellent.

Had a wonderful time on the cruise. My only complaint is the ports are full of jewelery stores and they advertise for them way too much. Juneau was my least favorite stop until we went on our excursion. Whale watching was a blast! Definitely go ziplineing in Ketchikan. The train ride in skagway was beautiful. Dining in the Michaelangelo was delicious, my favorite meal was a crab quiche and leg of lamb with mint jelly. Pedro and Raul were the best waiters. Alex and Brenna the entertainment directors were hilarious. The late night adult entertainment was a blast. I got a thai poltuice massage from Worlie ... Ammmmaaaazzzinnggg. The buffet was really nice. I would recommend buying the photography package it's $249 but you get every single picture they take of you and a USB most definitely worth the money. Overall great time!!

Very fun lots of tourist traps very pretty, would suggest riding in one of the bike carts in Canada and going through the park!

Exceeded our expectations. Aft Suite with large balcony was 5 stars and perfect for traveling through the Fjords.

Hello everyone! Is anyone else going on the Emerald Princess on Aug 26 cruise to Alaska? I have sailed Princess before but not the Emerald. This will be our first trip to Alaska.

Disembarkment procedure lacked information about our luggage....asked 3 different personnel on the ship about our luggage and was told don't worry about your luggage it's being taken care off....We needed to know that you must pick up your luggage from the dock prior to getting on the bus for the airport...no matter what info you wrote on your yellow tags.....not even Alex on tv informed the passengers upon departure please gather your luggage from the dock

We had a wonderful 30th anniversary cruise. The staff are wonderful and entertainment eas AWESOME.The food was the only disappointment.

Great cruise. Would recommend this to anyone even considering an Alaskan Cruise. Balcony room on this cruise adds untold additional value! Food is average but probably as expected when trying to feed masses on a ship. Beautiful scenery, great accommodations. I would return and do this cruise again!! Put this one on your bucket list!! Ports were all fun but a little over zealous on tourist retail shops. Biggest disappointment was the loss of my Apple Airpods during disembarking. Filed a claim but get the feeling they don’t care what I lost and don’t intend to actually attempt to locate or return them. This the only area of bad service in my opinion. Just don’t lose anything on ship- you won’t see it again. Overall we loved the cruise.

Very well organized loading and unloading. All the hotel and shuttle services were very efficient. When departing Sea Tac Airport make sure and be at least 3 hours early. TSA was doing their best, but the lines were the longest line I have ever been in.They zigzagged and looped all though the airport. Had trouble just finding the lady with sign that said End of line. This was the day after the cruise ended.

Loved being on my first cruise ever. It was amazing. The food in the Davinci Restaurant was fantastic and the service by Leo and Francisco and their associates was outstanding. Drop by the international cafe and tell Sunny hello. He is a great waiter and very kind and helpful. Loved our room with a balcony a must have looking at our beautiful Alaskan scenery. Highly recommend the Emerald Princess

This was our first cruise. We experienced beauty and excitement at all ports of call. Very relaxing.

I was very disappointed about emerald since we were just on it in February and had a great time and the food and service was amazing

Overall the cruise was great. I would love to go on another but probably to a place with better weather for a hawaii family.

My wife and have been together for nearly 5 years and have never had the chance to just get away and be alone like this. We had such an amazing time! The staff was amazing. The trip itself was just right and it gave us a boost in an already amazing relationship. I can't wait to take another cruise with her with Princess!

Our main waiter, Benji, and staff, Bryan, in the formal dining room were excellent. We sat at tables 99 and 100 and had the most breathtaking view of the ocean and surrounding areas. We also had a great individual who serviced our room daily. We travelled in a group of 14 people (8 adults and 6 kids, ranging in age from 7 yo- 14 yo). The kids did not enjoy the kids club and found the activities boring and not age appropriate (geared for younger ages). Overall, we had a great time and definitely enjoyed ourselves.

My daughter and I took the Emerald Princess cruise from June 3rd-June 10th. Voyage/Dest: E814/7 Days Alaska. The ports were: Seattle WA, Ketchikan AK, Tracy Arm Fjord AK (scenic tour), Juneau AK, and Skagway AK. I highly recommend visiting Alaska as it is such a BEAUTIFUL state, full of untouched nature and majestic views. The complaint is regarding my gold necklace that was taken/stolen from my room. This necklace has a sentimental value to me. It’s got a medal with both my diseased sons’ initials on it (CHR and PAV), and a small baby tooth. I’ve had the necklace for over 30 years. I have already contacted Princess Cruise Line several times by email, fax and phone. I had sent the fax with the Missing/Damaged Report Form and have also been given a Lost Id # our case on June 22nd. We have been waiting for months for an answer and only got the message that the investigation had been closed because the item couldn’t be found. We understand the item can’t be found because IT WAS TAKEN by some member of the cleaning crew. I always thought I wouldn’t have to worry about the person who is in charge of cleaning my room because this is not the first time I take a cruise. I’ve taken several cruises on different agencies; the staff is honest and I’ve never encounter this kind of problem.

This was my second cruise each on different lines, however I was disappointed with the level of customer service from the staff of the Emerald. I asked some questions about various subjects and the reply was given in a very short and unhelpful manner. Also I had charges of closed to 200.00 added to my cabin, I did not make these purchases and it took over 24 hours to have them removed. I was told I would be getting a phone call from the spa about the charges and that phone call never came. After 3 trips to the customer service desk the charges were finally removed. That was the final straw for me. Chances of me using Princess again is very low.

First time to Alaska. I will definitely be coming back! The cruise was great!
