Review summary
This was my second cruise each on different lines, however I was disappointed with the level of customer service from the staff of the Emerald. I asked some questions about various subjects and the reply was given in a very short and unhelpful manner. Also I had charges of closed to 200.00 added to my cabin, I did not make these purchases and it took over 24 hours to have them removed. I was told I would be getting a phone call from the spa about the charges and that phone call never came. After 3 trips to the customer service desk the charges were finally removed. That was the final straw for me. Chances of me using Princess again is very low.Embarkation
