Review summary

Disembarkment procedure lacked information about our luggage....asked 3 different personnel on the ship about our luggage and was told don't worry about your luggage it's being taken care off....We needed to know that you must pick up your luggage from the dock prior to getting on the bus for the airport...no matter what info you wrote on your yellow tags.....not even Alex on tv informed the passengers upon departure please gather your luggage from the dock

Our family consisted of my wife and my mom (93 years young) and myself....We didn't have much to compare for this was our 1st cruise....but we were very excited from our embarkment and all during our trip

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

The ship was beautiful and the very spacious...We throughly enjoyed the service of Donilo a waited in Michalangilo resturant...he was very personable and very perfessional in his endever to make our cruise enjoyable....The buffet lacked hot food most of our breakfasts came from the buffet which we were missing hotcakes that were hot fluffy and soft....but we had ample choices of different meats and wish we has chioces of more then coffee or orange juice included

Excellent service from Donillo at the Michaelangilo Resturant....Jonathon the keeper of the statesrooms on Baja deck was a joy to see in the morning as he greeted the passengers politely and did an excellent job...although some of the waiters in the buffet section wasn;t as personable as expected

Ship tip

The buffet lacked fluffy warm hotcakes and waffles...and the temperature of the food on the buffet could have been kept warmer....the front desk personel could have have informed us that we need to pick up our bags from the dock upon disembarkment
