Review summary

We saw way to much property had hoped to see beautiful birds and flowers not dirt and sad poor people. And it was so hot and humid witch didn't help

The buffet was mostly bad a few things were ok but over all it was terrible and no one in our group liked it that much.

The food on the ship was terrible. Way to fancy way to many sauces and things on the menu we never even heard of. Needed some simple comfort food. Like fried chicken and potatoes and gravy. No one in our group was impressed with the food.

The excursion was not that good. To rushed and to many people would not leave us alone selling things. But we enjoyed the last part coming back on the ship seeing all the beautiful birds at the duty free shopping area

We have cruised with Princess on 3 different ships, one was Emerald Princess, and we loved each of them. However, everyone's experience is different and their opinions and reviews should be respected. There are so many cruise lines so I am sure this reviewer will find one they like.

I’m not sure what You expected to see on this itinerary. Most of the countries it went to would be considered Third World countries, at least in many parts of the country. Most of these countries are very poor and the average person lives conditions that many Americans are surprised to see. As far as food, it is very subjective, but most people like the food on Princess and other cruises. Fried chicken and mashed potatoes with gravy may be considered comfort food, but most people would not want that in the dining room on a cruise.

I think the next cruise I will go to royal Caribbean. Just not happy with princess. We felt the same way with princess on our trip we took with you to Alaska.
