Review summary

If you do not like seafood do not book travel on this ship to Alaska, Greater than 90% of menu items, breakfast, lunch , dinner and buffet consisted of one or more seafood items. For the most part buffet items had a taste of a bad left over Limited entertainment. The Emerald Princess boasts of new restaurant "Share by Curtis Stone. The service was horrible, the staff rude, discourteous and the food quality poor.

Slice Pizzeria

There was a disconnect regarding time. Although the Princess Patter listed one time the Horizon Court was not always open on all sides. The availability of entrees not clear. For example there were on signs to let guest know that omelets or smoothies were available.

International Café

It appears that the staff was not fully trained on how to make the specialty coffees.

Interesting how people see the same things so differently.

We were on the Emerald in November (‘17) and loved it. Didn’t find anything like you are stating. Could it have changed that much? (I’m not thinking so...)
