Review summary

We had a great time. Sure some things could of been better, my only advice do make your excursions ahead of time. We did the town tour and 98 show in Skagway and then looked into doing the train ride but not enough time. So if you do it Thur the cruise line they can set it up so it will work. We had a late time to do the town and show excursion which limited us.

Since my last cruise like 15 years ago food hasn't upgraded much...I wish they would offer more American style foods.

For most parts the staff was nice and friendly, But there were a few you could tell didn't want to be there.

Ship Quality

2 out of 5
I read the ship was refurbished in 2015, they need and I closed area for the pizza and burger grill, it's windy and rainy a lot...And things were well spread out lots of walking...

Cabin / Stateroom

Our cabin balcony was nice only complaint shower was a bit small...

Ship tip

Even though I gave them my credit card number they dont tell you that you must pay before departure to take advantage of the boxed water deal or the special coffee card, or any in cabin offers. If I didn't want them then I wouldn't of marked I wanted them. Kind of a scam to me, because the case water deal I was unable to get. But hay they did ask if I wanted to pay ahead for the grutity charges. Beware water bottles in room only are $3 ea rip off. I'd like to see them install a water filling station because a lot of folks have there own containers. Airports have them why not ships?

Ports of call

Being my first time to Seattle we stayed in SeaTac which is like 30 mins to pier91. Great transportation options. But if I knew the pier for the boat is close to downtown Seattle I would of stayed there not seatac
