Review summary

Nice ship. Dishonest company. Food was overall good -- but not great. The overall rating is misleading because I would only rate this as a 2 with the missing of glaciers, not great food and poor entertainment. So I went back and drastically lowered the ports of call so that the overall rating would be lower. The ports were not bad... but the rating is really skewed by the ports of call. There is no way to rank company policy.

Food was very processed. Crown room grill was just ok. Not on par with 5 star restaurant by any means. I have had better steaks at Carrabbas and Outback. Service was good.

SPA left me sitting and did not honor my appointment.

Entertainment

Singers and dancers were terrible. Comedian was not funny. Other comedian was very funny.. Steve Morris. This was a really bad part of the cruise.... way below Carnival and Holland America.

Ship tip

The ships company needs to be honest that there is a good chance that the ship will not be able to navigate through the channel with Glaciers. They cancelled at the last minute, but even before they changed the itinerary from Tracy Arm to Endicott Arm... and then did not go at all. Suspicious that they might have just been trying to save fuel. No credit. Barely and I'm sorry.
