Worth Every Penny by cjmartinez378

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Disney Magic / Destination: Caribbean - Western

Awesome, Magical, So worth it, You must try at least once! Very impressed not only with Disney Cruise Lines but with RCI. Always checking in and making sure I had what I needed before the cruise. If you are looking for an alternative to the Disney parks, this is a great one. The characters are always around and shows and you get to see wonderful ports and enjoy the Caribbean. DO IT, You will not regret it! Until We Meet Again!!!

It was a long sailing out of NYC. We have been wanting to sail but still had school aged kid. It was a great cruise to New England and Canada!

lovely cruise, was only at half capacity since returning after covid cruise by ScotlandUSA

Sail date: / Traveled as: Family (older children)
Ship: Disney Magic

It was a Lovely ship. We loved the changing dining rooms each night. The decor in the dining rooms were lovely. The characters were easy to fond due to the ship being at half capacity since it was the cruise right after covid. We had a great time but still prefer Royal Caribbean

The best DCL we had by far. Disney Magic is a really nice ship. Smaller than its biggest sisters, hence feels lot less crowded at Castaway. The crew we had was fantastic. by QD

Our favorite ship. We were very lucky to find Tony on the ship for the third time. The crew was awesome.

Relaxing January getaway by PlutoGirl

Sail date: / Traveled as: Family (older children)
Ship: Disney Magic / Destination: Caribbean - Bahamas

Very nice winter getaway 4 night cruise before the kids went back to school. Very relaxing and low key for us (because that's what we wanted from it). Our only major issue was on embarkation and after that it was smooth sailing. My son didn't get to parasail on Castaway Cay but since its our third cruise, he knows that is a 50/50 chance since it seems to often be very windy in January and most excursions there get cancelled (at least on every cruise we've been on). it was the first time he was big enough to try it. We're planning to try again next year!

Wonderful Western Caribbean Cruise by hollyplake

Sail date: / Traveled as: Family (older children)
Ship: Disney Magic

When people think Disney Cruise Line, they probably think they are going to be surrounded by kids the entire time. Honestly, you can avoid kids most of the time on this cruise. There are areas that are adult only (adult only pool and adult side of Castaway Cay are two examples). You will see kids at dinner and possibly on your excursion that you choose to do.

Ship: Disney Magic / Destination: Europe - Mediterranean

Disney Magic took us on a really Magical adventure from Barcelona to Venice. Everything was fine and comfortable. The food, the shows, the rooms and the organized and lovely crew. I also liked the other facilities just like the gym  and spa section. Totally recommended. Love

p This Cruise was perfect. After... by DadonCruise

Sail date: / Traveled as: Singles/Friends
Ship: Disney Magic / Destination: Caribbean

p This Cruise was perfect. After 3 days at the Disney Complex (Disney Dolphin Hotel) we sailed with myself, mother-in-law, my family of four - and sister/brother in law (total of 7 people - 3 cabins). p We loved that there was flexibility for all ages. My kids were teenagers and liked all the activities of the ship. Dining was superb as were the shows (not to childish for teenagers - at least the ones we went to). p Shore excursions were great - we really only did the one to Atlantis Hotel (very worthwhile) and the kids did jet skis at the Disney Island. Everything was very well organized - and we NEVER felt overwhelmed with kids which we had feared when we booked! p Even had a coffee bar - thanks Disney!
