The cruise was great for the first 3 days. There is a lot for the kids to do and the private island was a good time for all. Unfortunately my son started throwing up all over our cabin on the 4th day. He continued to get sick for the next 12 hours. Our room steward was great helping us with fresh linens and keeping the room clean. He said he had to report the illness to the cruise management on the ship. No one ever bothered to call us to see how we were doing. When my wife talked to guest services the next day they didn’t seem very concerned. My daughter started throwing up the morning we disembarked and continued to the whole time we traveled home. We have spoken to DCL multiple times and they have only offered to send the kids some care packages. I expected Disney to do a bit more to make this right, but I guess they are big enough to not worry about losing one family. Won’t be spending the exorbitant amount to do a Disney Cruise again. Back to RCL where customer service has always been great.

We liked the boat and had a good time. There wasn’t one bad thing about it but I’m not sure I’m a cruise person. I didn’t feel relaxed. There was a lot of walking. It was fun and the service was good but I probably won’t do it again.

This cruise was such a magical experience! It was fun from beginning to end and had something for everyone!

My children missed trick or treat due to the fact that it was done on Tuesday the 22nd from 12:30-3:30 while we were in the Bahamas and were supposed to be back on the ship at 5:15. I think it’s a little odd and even poorly planned that a Halloween Disney Cruise which is specially for children would organize a main Halloween event like trick or treating while many of us are off the ship!

Good food good service beautiful island . We had a wonderful time at sea and on board. The aqua duck is the best water activity on the boat.

This was time and money well spent. I will definitely do more Disney cruises in the future. We are spoiled now. This was the best experience for my family. My son and I did not want to return to shore. We loved the cruise!

Best cruise line ever! Nothing compares to a Disney cruise.

We went last September and the theme for the month was "Halloween on the High Seas"....the mood on the ship was very festive...our group of four couples transformed into the Gulligan's Island cast and it was a lot of fun. I can't say enough about the entertainment...Beauty and the Beast got a standing ovation. The rotating dining is great and you have three options for breakfast which is also nice. No one else does the split bathrooms which is REALLY nice. The price is double that of RC but if price is not an issue, go DISNEY.

Great service good times however they should have someone helping someone in wheelchair getting on ship and off ship. This was difficult with us with bags, kids and someone in wheelchair.

All of the experiences we had on ship were amazing. Everything off the ship was a complete disaster. Some of these Disney can control, specifically check-in and the experiences at Castaway Cay.

Have been on all the Disney ships. We cruise every year. It has been years since we took our last Disney cruise as our last cruise was when the fantasy first came out and it was one of our worst cruises so we have been sailing on other cruise lines but decided last minute to take a short cruise and the timing was perfect for this cruise on the Dream. It was a great choice ! They have really stepped it up. We have been on many other cruise lines and the Dream by far had the best food....was excellent ! Our wait stall was one of our best along with our cabin stuart. Of course Disney keep their ships beautiful and everyone took the time to say hi and were very helpful. Just what you expect from Disney. As per the room, it was a balcony so was cramped as we are use to a suite but it was only my husband and I so we were fine. Our children are grown so I can't comment on their chilrens activities but I'm sure they are great. They are pricey so that's my only complaint. Really had a great time and only wish it were longer !

This was amazing for both kids and adults. There is truly something for everyone on this cruise from youngest to oldest. The staff was amazing and super friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend for all families!

Great family vacation I enjoy everything on the cruises

Be prepared for being among a lot of children in some places like the dining areas. It can get very noisy. The adults only areas offer a break if you can be away from your own for periods of time.

Overall excellent experience, kids had a great time.

Best cruise we've ever been on! Everything from arrival to disembarkation was remarkable. We are considering taking another Disney cruise in the future.

Disney always knows how to do it RIGHT! Everything is so clean and well maintained. Food and service are always excellent. This Cruise will exceed your expectations! Their private island is a touch of paradise! Parasailing on Castaway Cay was Awesome! The Nassau Port excursion through BJ's to interact with dolphins was sooo cool!

Our party aged from 64 to 3. We all had a wonderful experience.

Do not cruise with Disney if you are not bringing kids. This seems self evident, but the ads and travels agents pushed that it "was a great cruise for adults too". I have cruised with Carnival as well and thought that to be the better cruise line if going childless.

This was our first Disney Cruise and it really was a DREAM! Disney quality through and through - activities, food and hospitality were all top notch! Disney Castaway Cay was a great day!
