Review summary

Be prepared for being among a lot of children in some places like the dining areas. It can get very noisy. The adults only areas offer a break if you can be away from your own for periods of time.

The buffets offered a good selection of food. The dining room food good, but it was not spectacular. Given how many they have to serve, it makes sense.

Onboard Activities

I wanted to attend a Mixology class. The bar was difficult to find, so i asked one of the staff. She asked if i had a ticket. It didn't say anywhere that i saw you had to sign up in advance. On previous cruises you could sign up at the event. She said i had to go to Guest Services and purchase one. Down from deck 12 aft to midship deck three. Got the ticket and went back up. The bar was packed. I mean no space anywhere around it. I went to the side of the bar and tried to catch someone's attention. The main bartender was already warming up the crowd, and the other man behind him refused to acknowledge me, even though u had my ticket in my hand. I left, and i passed another class that had open spaces. Could not someone at the original site offered to check if there was space at either of the other bards holding class at the same time? Why didn't Guest Services know the one was sold out/oversold? By the time i got back down from deck twelve to deck three, the classes had already started and my only alternative was to get a refund.

Entertainment

My nine year old granddaughter like Pirate night. She also liked watching movies shown on the jumbo- tron while in the pool. She did not like the kids' club and did not want to see any of the stage presentations.

I am saying "okay" because Pirate Night was a big deal and a lot of fun for my granddaughter. The did not like any other of the kids' programs provided.

The adults only area was my happy place on this ship. It was so relaxing.
