The ship was well laid out and the food and service was great. The only issues I had was the WIFI was spotty at times and also slow at times. The Medallion app is great. They also need more water filling stations. The only ones I found were in the buffett dining room.

The service was stellar outside of a few issues with a cranky maitre’d. Our Wait Staff and Stewards were incredible. We preferred the deck eateries to the fine dining.

My first cruise experience with Princess has made me a lover of the cruise experience for life. I'm already looking to book another cruise next summer to Alaska and I will ONLY cruise on Princess. Besides the elevators always being busy mid-ship, no complaints overall. Top rated service and staff, and the Discovery was a beautiful ship. I will return without question!

I really enjoyed this fun and relaxing cruise with my son and his wife. We did a lot of spa services this time; more than we have done in the past. I enjoyed the food & service, movies, trivia, and line dancing class. I will sail Princess again.

My cruise was meant to be an escape. It did that very well. With no internet, no texting, no phone calls, and no emails. It was a complete disconnect. I did not care for the entertainment. The shows seemed to have an agenda. Kareokee was average. There just wasn’t enough variety in the entertainment. I was bored. None of the excursions were enticing and seemed way to expensive for what was provided. I probably won’t go on another Princess cruise

Our travel agent did not do a good job of getting our requests processed , we did not get what we expected for the price we paid.

We enjoyed the cruise very much and it was nice to travel on a new ship. We had trouble with the medallions and the onboard wifi but after a day found the right place to help us. The casino allows smoking so many people were in there smoking even when not gambling. This caused the room to be extremely smoky and there is a beautiful smoking lounge directly across the casino for their use but overall, a good selection of machines. The cocktails were fabulous and the bartenders were amazing.

Nice new ship, beautiful design. Appears to be suffering from staffing issues especially in the dining areas, getting a beverage in the buffet area was particularly difficult. Great potential but missed the mark in several areas. Being a premium line is all in the details, this one missed the mark.

This was my 4th cruise since August 2021 and probably my 10th cruise over all. I would say the food and its selection was the worst ever. However the Crown was great and we ate there 2 times. Main dinning selections were pretty poor. The ship was pretty but too big for us.

Skagway dine in dinner server was excellent . Mohammed server on the buffet was excellent too !

Overall elegant ship but it can be hard to get from forward to aft on most decks. The pool decks tend to get crowded on nice days. The app and wifi are unreliable. Service and main dining were not as good as I remember on Princess. In spite of these challenges, still an overall good experience.

Easy embarkation and ease of demarkation. Ship was nice but understated decor. Dining room food was average. Balcony cabins on the small side. Staff was friendly and helpful.

My first time cruising with Princes but probably not my last. I love the vast international itineraries that Princes has to offer and look forward to exploring some of them in the future. Princes is now my number two cruise line behind parent company Carnival; I also like Royal Caribbean and MSC as well.

The spa was way too small. The enclave was over crowded. Not worth a visit to the spa. The retreat is for people without children

Our group of 8 all had a terrific experience and we're looking forward to another cruise on Princes!

Anyone who didn't enjoy the Discovery Princess probably should have read All information it has to offer. Maybe you can see something you might change for the next cruise.

Very Clean every where, Food was amazing everyday. Crew are nice and diligent. The last day's cakes were fantastic. I'd like to express my sincere thanks.

Everything was great except internet. I bring my work with me and the poor connectivity made it unable for me to work. The app also needs work the scrolling feature is bad. And the timeline is pretty but bad for trying to figure out events. A duplicate of the patter would be better.

This was my first cruise since retiring from the Navy 20 years ago. It was an amazing experience. The port calls were great, the ship was beautiful, the food was plentiful and great and there was plenty to do. To me though, most impressive was the crew. I mentioned Harrold, Antonio and Noel, but every crew member I encountered seemed genuinely happy to be there and working for Princess. Everywhere I went, there was someone waiting to help me out and provide whatever I needed, with a smile and a great attitude. Nobody ever passed without saying hello and if I needed something, nobody ever seemed inconvenienced when I asked. Even in longer conversations with those we got to know, none ever had a bad thing to say about their work or their employer (because in all honesty, I asked). Their ship and their service is a reflection of their attitudes and in my mind, that's what made our cruise such an enjoyable experience. I cannot compare Princess with any other cruise line, but the people we travelled with were veterans of 25 cruises and this was their first with Princess. They said that by far, this was their best ever. I will cruise again and if Princess offers the itinerary we want, it will be with them. If not, any other cruise line will have a tough act to follow. Thanks for an experience we'll never forget.
