Fernando did a wonderful job keeping our room fresh and clean. Our waiter Jason and Maria in the Ketchikan restaurant were very attentive and professional

Design was beautiful but having to go up one level to go down another to get to restaurant was frustrating.

It was wonderful having a balcony and hearing the ocean and having it lull us to sleep...definitely a keepsake memory.
