Review summary

Nice new ship, beautiful design. Appears to be suffering from staffing issues especially in the dining areas, getting a beverage in the buffet area was particularly difficult. Great potential but missed the mark in several areas. Being a premium line is all in the details, this one missed the mark.

Buffet food was not great, bland/institutional. Crown steakhouse was good…if you could get reservations. Overall food was not the focus on this cruise.
