My cruise was meant to be an escape. It did that very well. With no internet, no texting, no phone calls, and no emails. It was a complete disconnect. I did not care for the entertainment. The shows seemed to have an agenda. Kareokee was average. There just wasn’t enough variety in the entertainment. I was bored. None of the excursions were enticing and seemed way to expensive for what was provided. I probably won’t go on another Princess cruise

We mainly ate in the main dining room, which a wonderful experience. We were treated as kings and queens. Our waiter Ruwell and Joseph the Jr waiter were absolutely the best I have ever had. The waited on us like we were royalty. Yet the were so much like they were our best friends. It seemed like they knew us. They gladly tended to our every needs. We were astounded at how well they seem to know what we wanted before even asking. If I ever was able to ask for a personal waiter it would be Ruwell and Joseph. Then there was Angelo the restaurant manager Agnelo from India. Wow, how great he was. I would go to any restaurant he managed. He truly cared for us, and made sure we were treated with the greatest of care. He would always make sure he came by our table and make sure we were well taken care of. Making suggestions on how to make our experience even better, which I can’t imagine how it could be. What a fantastic manager. Days afterwards and I find myself wishing I could go to a nice restaurant and find those 3 men there. I think I would never eat anywhere else. Agnelo even went out of his way to make sure I was taken care when he saw us in the buffet dining area. He would come to our table great us and ask if we needed anything. And if we did he would make it happen.

We were not impressed with the activities. The theater activities were average. A little boring. The Rock Opera seemed as if they had an agenda to promote. Don’t get me wrong the performers were great. But again I felt as if they were promoting something. I actually felt uncomfortable about a third of the way through it and left. Without staying for the rest of the show. Even the previous nights I felt like the singers were trying to promote something.
I didn’t care for the delivery fees of the drinks.

Asking us many time if everything was ok and if we needed anything. We never asked for anything. He seemed to know everything about our needs and toke the greatest care, without ever being in the way.

The ship was always clean. It was a little hard to figure out where everything was. Even the last day was confusing. Not all the elevators could get us to the main dining room. We had to walk up a flight of stairs
Cabin / Stateroom

Our cabin was the best I have ever stayed in. I slept and felt very comfortable. Our steward Santos’s from India was the best that I have ever had. I have been onn4 other cruises. Never in the way and always did above and beyond my expectations.
