Our room with a balcony was wonderful, as were the excursions but everything else was much less than impressive. Very disappointing cruise

Main dining room food had no flavor, everything tasted the same, you could find the same food on the buffet and half of the buffet was closed most the time. Bread was always stale in dining room and buffet. The only good meal we had was at Gigis pizza because it had flavor and was fresh. The bars ran out of specialty liquor by Tuesday and towards the end of the cruises the drinks were watered down.The specialty restaurants are ridiculous. Used to be that food was served in the dining room. Now you can only get good food by paying more that is if you can get a reservation

Our room steward was great but the rest of the staff didn't seem to know what they were doing or didn't care. They appeared totally disorganized. Would offer to get a drink from the table 2 feet from you then look over your head and move on to someone else. We had to get our own coffee and juice when in the buffet.

The ship seemed well designed. Liked the hand washing stations outside the buffet. Could use more elevators in the busiest areas

Should have been wonderful because they offered to check us and our luggage all the way to our destination. Even though they we told our flight left at 3pm we were taken to the airport at 9 am. When we arrived at our destination our luggage was still in Seattle. Our luggage was never transferred to the airline. We had to wait for our luggage to be delivered by UPS!
