Review summary

First two days were great and the service was good all around. If you get into quarantine, make sure you get everything in writing and that you keep on top of Princess for any credit that they may owe you. It took phone calls, emails, chat, etc, and 3 months before I received FCC. I also tried to dispute my credit card after lotus spa said they would reimburse me for the unused days of the Enclave. Princess said that I received all my credit back on my folio, but the folio that was emailed to me does not show the credit from the lotus spa. The credit card company asked for written proof, but it was all verbal, so I was unable to provide proof. However, I ended up dropping the issue because it’s not worth getting worked up over something that was a drop in the bucket over in the grand scheme of things, just figured for the next person who had to go through this will ask for written proof.

Club class mini suite that I started in was very nice. However, when I went into quarantine, I was placed in a handicap-accessible balcony room without even a couch for 5 days. On the plus side, the handicap bathroom has a lot of space!

Ship tip

With Covid still around, stay away from crowds as much as possible, such as the mid elevators which gets crowded very quickly.

We were not able to get close due to the ice. I was in quarantine but was still able to view as close as we were able to.

Disembarkation

Not Princess fault, but there were people who should have gotten off at their assigned time. I was in quarantine and was told I would be off around 7:30 am. This was not true and was told later that quarantined people were to be the last to get off and had to wait for others to get off the ship. I was finally able to get off the ship at 11 am.

I had this issue in Jan 2022 on Sky. Husband got Covid and I was a close contact. They did give us our enclave credit. But the FCC we were promised took 6 trips to guest relations to get a letter saying it was coming. We went to book a Med cruise this summer and it took multiple calls and e-mails to the guest relations line as well as they requested his Covid results. It’s was a total cluster.
