This room was too small for a wheel chair and we were upgraded to an accessible room which was much better. It should have an automated door opener

For wheelchair facilities was very poor. We were told that we would be dropped off at the airline door step. Instead we were dropped off in the middle of a parking lot in the pouring rain with no porter or wheelchair assistance.Had to take my wife to shelter and get my 2 bags in the middle of the lot soaking wet
