If this was my first Princess cruise, I wouldn't think I would use my cruise budget for another trip.

We love cruising with Princess and this cruise certainly felt like 'home'! Any cruise around Japan is fantastic but this time the other ports gave us other experiences. All crew and staff were amazing on the ship- any issues were solved without a problem. Food was fantastic and there was plenty to do on board if you chose to join in.

2 weeks of cruising thru Singapore, Vietnam, Hong Kong, Taipei, Japan

The cruise met all our expectations. Diamond Princess could do with a little make-over but it is more than comfortable and an enjoyable place to spend a couple of weeks. The itinerary lived up to the billing so no nasty unexpected surprises. Do your homework on ports before going and know what you want to do in each port. Book to avoid disappointment.

Another great Cruise with Princess, our personal highlight was we renewed our marriage vows, after 31 years, and the event was superbly arranged by the Princess staff, and the Captain made a great effort to ensure we felt special during the event.

So dull and quiet. If you like boring then that’s fine.

Diamond Princess is a unique experience with passengers from all over the world. This is our third cruise on the Diamond Princess and we love experiencing Japan on this ship. She’s a class lady, well maintained for her age, and the itineraries are excellent. The food and service is very good. The Japanese aspects like Kai Sushi and Izumi Spa makes it very interesting feel!

In general all the staff on the ship were very nice and professional and both of teams are work with heart, so, we lived very happy experienced.

This cruise is very relaxing. Even the Excursions were made with elders in mind.

This was probably my favourite cruise. The Japanese people were amazing. Very courteous & loved having fun. There weren’t any staff trying to sell you products. I think this was because there were so many Japanese on board

Loved the whole cruise.It was a bit last minute as it was a really good price. Apart from Busan and Nagasaki we had not been to these ports before I was a bit concerned after we booked finding out it was japan summer holidays,but really did not find anything that was crowded Even on board ship there was hardly ever more than a dozen people on the promenade deck always loads of chairs.overall an exellent cruise.The Japanese people were very helpful and gracious The only down side was it was hot and humid walking around.

Princess cruises charge a fortune for excursions and therefore your cruise will cost a lot more than expected especialy as it is also in US€

Warning you will get two separate bills. One for stateroom and one for shore excursions ship is nice but a little tired. Staff is fantastic especially customer service. Only bad one is captains circle rep who had a bad attitude and couldn’t be bothered to do her job

Cruising Japan is beautifull! We did sailed a second week to Okinawa, Ishigaki and Taiwan. It seem to be a must to do for a lot of Japanese, amd we loved it.

Looking forward to trying different cruiselines to see if my expectations to experience luxury and relaxation without the heavy-handed marketing are unrealistic.
