Verys disapointed. We were told that Crystal in the Summer months were great for teens but it’s terrible. The planned activities are not suited for teens 13 up but for tweens and under. They have video fames and that’s it. They are not proactive at all make no efforts to engage the teens on board and there were a few. It’s an awkward age and they should plan and have strategies. I thought Crystal wanted more families as customers but it was clear to us that they make no efforts.

We sailed on Silversea, Seabourn and Disney and never felt a balcony was a must but on this ship it was not good. Too small for the price compare to other luxury ships. Outdated also.
