If you live near a port or have family or friends near the port, call Princess and see if they are offering the Bon Voyage Experience. Guests can board with you as soon as the ship is cleared. They spend up to 3 hours with you and can have lunch. There is a nominal fee but worth it.

Tip - clean the ship up and give your staff additional customer service training and not to be rude. Most of the staff acted as if they already had their tip and did not give the passengers the service they deserved.

If in the small, adults-only Sanctuary pool there's a current machine you can switch on by pushing bar situated between the two hot tubs.

If you want a quiet place with a great view, Skywalker's Lounge is a great spot during the day. Also, bring your own water bottles or Camelbaks for shore excursions, as beverages tend to be very pricy ashore.

Lovely ship. Similar to the Caribbean Princess. Not as big as a Regal or Royal but still a lovely ship.

If you have anytime dining arrive atthe restaurants 30 mins after either set dining starts & you will get a table.

eat lunch and snack at the international café. get the coffee card. get a cabin mid forward for convenience. watch the movies under the stars. get to shows early for good seating

Understand tipping policy. Princess collects $13.50 per person per day for staff. One can change this amount by merely visiting the reception desk and filling out a change form. If one wants to tip a particular person, that person is obliged to report the tips to Princess and has to forfeit it unless the passenger is contributing the daily amount.

If there's a problem with anything report it even if there's something with the excursions. As sometimes things happen that princess knows nothing about.. speak up don't be afraid.

If you smoke or vape, the area provided on deck 16 provides tables and chairs. Better than the corner on deck 7 (which they located on the deck where people who go walking for exercise; I'm sure they don't appreciate walking through smoke).
