Review summary

I'm very happy that I did this itinerary. Obviously I think the Highlight for everybody was going to St Petersburg. I'm happy we were there for 2 days and it was well worth paying for the excursions. I wouldn't have mind spending an extra day there to be able to go to Moscow. But I guess that'll be on another trip.

Embarkation

5 out of 5
Our plane arrived late so when we and brought it was 3 p.m. so there was no lines.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
Good variety of food and drinks on board. Always found something different to eat. Met my expectations. They had two to three happy hours on days and see which were great.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
Went to the fitness center which was packed however there was equipment available so no need to wait. Extremely well stocked.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
Entertainment great as usual.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
I can't say enough about the staff on board. Always friendly always smiling and always there to help you. They work so hard.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Everything was kept extremely clean.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Was in a mini suite. Room was clean. Everything in working order. Our cabin Steward was extremely attentive and accommodating. Room service twice a day.

Ship tip

Lovely ship. Similar to the Caribbean Princess. Not as big as a Regal or Royal but still a lovely ship.

Ports of call

Southampton (London), England Did not visit port

Zeebrugge (Bruges), Belgium

Drove into Gantt on an Excursion and did the Canal cruise there. Lovely city. Highly recommended.

Copenhagen, Denmark

5 out of 5
Copenhagen is a wonderful City. Would definitely go there again and do more exploring.

Stockholm, Sweden

5 out of 5
Another great City to visit. With happy for the opportunity to go.

Tallinn, Estonia

5 out of 5
, this one actually surprised me. I wasn't interested in going when it was on the itinerary but once I did my Excursion again a very lovely City. Very old world but lovely to walk around. Good shopping as well.

St. Petersburg, Russian Federation

5 out of 5
Spent two days there ended a two-day Excursion. Both days were very long starting at about 6:30 in the morning. But saw so much and it was so memorable. Not for the faint at heart as it's a long day but if you want to get everything in then do it.

Helsinki, Finland

3 out of 5
It may have been at the weather was not so great and I was supposed to come down with a cold. Maybe under different circumstances I would have had a better time at this point.

Gdynia (Gdansk), Poland

5 out of 5
And yes another lovely city. Did the Ember Factory and bought some nice pieces at at least what I think is a pretty good price. Gdansk was a wonderful City to walk around.

Disembarkation

4 out of 5
Disembark through the Platinum Lounge. My only issue with that once we got to the terminal it took a while for us to be allowed to pick up our luggage so it was a bit crowded there.

Looks like you just had one nice cruise, time to plan for a Moscow cruise.
