This was our first time taking a cruise and had a great time meeting folks from around the country and other countries. The expierence was so well done I will be booking my next vacation to cruise rather than fly to a location.

Was a bit worried as had read several negative reviews about the Crown Princess with people saying it needed refurb etc. I saw nothing of the sort. The ship was perfect and a great experience. I can't believe that people scared me so much!!

Over all it just seemed as if a 5 day cruise was not top of their list, There was no lobster night which was a huge disappointment. Service was not up to par.

It was an amazing getaway for my girls and I. Totally would recommend sailing to anyone

Great cruise with lots of entertainment options. Did not use the pool nor specialty restaurants. Ate at the buffet or ordered room service. Both were delicious with lots of options. Enjoyed the shows at night especially the Whitey Huston tribute performed by Ashlie Amber. Grand Turk was beautiful and weather was gorgeous. Decided to stay on the ship and did not visit the Amber Cove port in DR. Overall, it was a relaxing five days. Would sail Princess Cruise again.

We chose this cruise for it's itinerary. St Kitts was our main reason, but the other stops were also excellent! As stated earlier, the ship is older and about ready for an upgrade, but he ships layout was excellent, and the service was overall exceptional on this voyage.

Princess is ok. Ship going to dry dock and should come out better but not a bad experience.

good except the roomscarpets could be cleaner and the service in the restaurants could be beter

Wonderful itinerary, ship, crew and tours. We recommend the Crown and this itinerary.

VERY concerned about a problem with returning from excursions. After everyone is finished shopping, eating, etc we all come back to the ship and are supposed to sanitize our hands, naturally, after touching who knows what in an island country. We noticed many, many people ignoring the sanitizer, and again no crew member seems to care. 2 days before our return a cruise ship had to return before of illness. Why don't you care?? Would LOVE to have a response.

We were pleased with the efficiency of embarking and disembarking. Food was excellent. Loved sharing discussions with fellow passengers during Anytime Dining.

Was a very nice experience. Loved having a balcony and getting back to Aruba

We were very happy to choosed Crown Princess Cruise for our Vacation. It was an extraordinary experience, great crew services, very professional, food, pool, bar, Restaurant and Entertainment were excellent. The ship was adult, senior mostly creating a paceful and relaxing environment.

Ship is older. Really needs updating. Room was not a premium suite. It was a regular balcony room. Bathroom in suite had a horrible odor. It never improved during trip.

Was not a great experience. Princess was not what I thought it was, I thought it was suppose to be upscale.. nothing upscale about it. The food was not good and not much entertainment. The customer service staff prior going on cruise from princess was horrible

The travel service Dream Vacations arranged was great. The ships seemed worn in many areas& it needs repairs & updated. The wait staff in the dining room needs work. But, Cruise Chics Rocked!! Loved being with my Sisters!!

The cruise was great. The shows were spectacular and definitely the best at sea that we've seen. It was a very relaxing cruise. The ship was very clean. Can't wait for the next one.

Great cruise. Great area to visit. It's a cruise everyone should do at least once. Great scenery. People are friendly and appreciate tourists visiting.

Our cruise vacation in Canada and New England was wonderful. The cruise ship Crown Princess is beautiful and spacious. Our room steward, dinning room waiters and all other employees we had contact with on the ship were very friendly and helpful. The food at the various restaurants and the Horizon buffet court were delicious and the services everywhere were excellent. We enjoyed all the excursions at all ports of call (Quebec City, Saguenay, Charlottetown, Sydney, Halifax, Bar Harbor and Boston) we booked with Princess. The tour guides were very professional friendly and knowledgeable of the history of the areas, and also full of humor.

Very, very enjoyable cruise that I would highly recommend -- unfortunately, the unusually warm weather muted the Fall foliage, but that was out of anyone's control!
