VERY concerned about a problem with returning from excursions. After everyone is finished shopping, eating, etc we all come back to the ship and are supposed to sanitize our hands, naturally, after touching who knows what in an island country. We noticed many, many people ignoring the sanitizer, and again no crew member seems to care. 2 days before our return a cruise ship had to return before of illness. Why don't you care?? Would LOVE to have a response.

Good food but every time we went to the buffet several people weren't using the sanitizer. Isn't it important? Other cruise lines have a crew member standing by the sanitizer to make SURE people clean their hands. My husband prepaid for a soda package. He was told all soda, non-alcoholic fruit drinks, and milkshakes were included. When he wanted to try a milkshake, he was told they weren't included. He checked with Guest Services who told him it was included. But they called up to the ice cream bar who said no. What's up? Shouldn't everybody be on the same page? Isn't the customer right?

Good. Really enjoyed the Ocean Voice but on pur cruise' s night, a man won who had won a year before. Of course he was talented but many of us leaving felt it wasn't fair. Win once and let others win.

Jane, cabin C532, was gracious and personable. Loved her after only 4 days since we changed rooms to A333. Joseph was great too. Made us a cute towel animal.

Missed a deck to walk a continuous lap. Would love to have an indoor theater just for movies instead of having to sit outside around the pool

First cabin, C532, was extremely small. Watch tv on the bed. Only 1 chair. Switched to A333 so we did have an extra chair but certainly not comfortable chairs
No excursion since we thought we would do the beach. Wish we would have known that the beach by the dock was rocky and so crowded. Maybe a bit of extra info so we could have made a better choice
Sounds like you might be a germophobe. You can't make people use that stuff on their hands they might be allergic. I have found to worry about myself and not others is always the best option.
Also the the return to port for an illness could be for thousands of reasons and not a thing to do with hand sanitizer.
I think this was a good fair review. I was on the Crown last year and there were things I liked and some I didn’t. Overall a nice relaxing cruise. Thanks for posting your review.
Milkshakes: seems it’s a recent change not all know about. March 2017 they were included when I was on the Grand. Website also showed they were included. Nov 2017 no longer included when I was on the Ruby. Website also changed. Milkshakes no longer on the list. Oh well, that won’t put me off from Princess Cruises.
Sanitised hands is not required....up to u....people catch cold all the time..maybe just have a good time....yep rc had a problem the other day...and that happens...
As far as the sanitation issue goes, all I can say is people come from all different walks of life and cultures, I can walk out my front door and see people grabbing shopping cart handles, picking their teeth, scratching their butts and smelling their fingers all in less than thirty seconds. There are even people that lick door knobs. Germs are everywhere if you allow yourself to become obsessed with other peoples actions you'll go crazy. Just do what you can for yourself, hope for the best and be as happy as you can be😎
You will not get a response from cruise line on this app. They are not connected in any way. I think they care, perhaps we should be asking why grown adults need to be babysat to wash their hands?
