We liked this cruise for the sea days, and being able to relax. Cruising is changing and we are seeing alot of things that they are cutting back on. Not like years ago, and the fees are increasing accordingly. Just be prepared for added expenses, but the experience is still wonderful.

Weather ruined lots of what we had planned to do on this trip.

My husband caught Covid on day 2 and was made to stay in his room for 5 days. Water was brought the first day, but he was forgotten after that, except for constant phone calls to make sure he was in his room. No food was brought to him. Room service wasn’t free. No compensation was offered. We’re on a fixed income and this trip was a huge expense for us! I’ve had cancer twice so this was probably our last cruise. Very disappointed in how we were treated.

This is the first time we have cruised with Princess. It was a very good experience. We felt the food had a good quality. So nice to offer free Ukuele lessons and then to put on a show with the Hula dancers. I want to buy a Uk. The Voice of the Ocean was a good experience and those involved were so kind to us. There are not too many cruise companies that allow faith services and Bible studies. Princess sure increased our respect for allowing and posting various services as part of your Patter. Thank you very much.

I WAS VERY SICK AND DIZZY, WEATHER WAS VERY COLD, I THOUGHT I WAS IN ALASKA! TOO MANY DAYS AT SEA.

I would do it again! Staff onboard were wonderful. Ship is a little old but well maintained. Food was good.

The ship is great, but the staff really made the trip.

We weren't expecting perfect. We were expecting better than we actually got.

Most passengers were ill (cold, flu, etc) and most events, including where dinner was held or the waiting for a table area was extremely crowded in a unsafe space. My party of 15 all became sick and my mother ending up passing away because of this. I’m still dealing a a lost luggage that no one has contacted me back yet. This has important items of my (dead) mother. You as a company are insensitive, rude, disrespectful and unprofessional to say the least. I’m now faced with obtaining an attorney just to find my important missing luggage and to get closure from this horrific experience. To end this thought… it’s even more heartbreaking to think I saved years for this. My room alone was 10k. Add an additional 15k for my immediate family and an additional 50k for the rest of our party makes me SICK!!!!!!

Having done the cruise, I would have rather spent more time on land but I understand and we signed up for this cruise. The sea days were rocky. The excursions were just ok. I feel like other cruise ships offer wow excursions. I feel the ones offered were advertised wrong and we could have just booked when we got off the ship. There were limited directions once we arrived at the location once dropped off by bus. The cruise director was not what Im use to. We didnt know when we had arrived at land each day. That would be nice no matter the time. The trip was boring but I got to rest.

I had a wonderful time. I am completely sold on Princess lines now especially that ship the crown princess We celebrated out 50th anniversary and had a wonderful cruise. Will definitely be cruising again with Princess.

We also went to Samoa, Tahiti and Moorea. French Polonesian was a special treat for us. On Tahiti we went to the Intercontinental Tahiti Resort and it was really amazing. We had a private tour of Tahiti was absolutely terrific. On Moorea we took an excursion and got a great deal of background on the area and saw a lot of the sites. It was a wonderful cruise and 28 days was just right to see a lot of the area.

Many aboard called it a cruise from hell. not quite that bad, but never again in winter. catching a cold or covid didn't help. a third of the ship was coughing. Upon getting back to LAX we had to sit on window ledge 2-3 hours due to airline won't check you in beyond 2 hrs and there are no chairs or restaurants in area outside of check in. And of course the bomb threat didn't help.

The cruise ship has cut back on its food and service. Did not bother to check guests’ vaccination status. By the last five days of the cruise, people were coughing and many came down with Covid.

The ship was full so it didn't make sense to only have one side of the buffet open. Everytime we ate there we were pushed and shoved and often people were coughing without covering their mouths. It felt like a cattle drive and was way over crowded. Seating was difficult to find and often had to wait for eating utensils. The dining rooms were better after they worked out the quirks. The first night we had reservations for 5:40 but had to wait in line until 7:30 while they were letting quests without reservations in. This happened twice and then we changed dining rooms and had a better experience. The food and the service in the dining room was excellent

Would definitely recommend Princess Cruise. Highlight: the wonderful cold soups. Wonderful.

Poor weather prohibited us from going ashore except for San Francisco. The food, entertainment, and fellow passengers were all wonderful!

A wonderful cruise with beautiful scenery despite the rainy weather. Can't predict Mother Nature so take your rain jacket!

Overall I think this cruise is too long. Maybe a personal take on it, but I though it was too long. And it seems like everyone got Covid at by the end of the cruise (so many people coughing). We also got it at the end too, which was disappointing.

I really enjoyed the cruise. I was definitely one of the younger people there at 26 and since I went by myself I spent a good amount of time at the bar exploiting the 15 drinks a day drink package hahaha. But I was pleasantly surprised to find some of the best bartenders I have ever had the pleasure to be served by. I had my spots that I posted up at and started to be familiar with the amazing staff on board. The seated options for food that are included were great! 5 days is just long enough to feel like a vacation but not long enough for your health to stay suffering from all the booze and good food 😊
