Review summary

Princess is still working the kinks out from COVID but in general, Princess is much better than any other cruise line we have been on.

Embarkation

We had the Trinidad Suite next to my sister's suite. She received a personal escort to her room, we had to find one. No ones waiting for us.

The Club dining was superb! The staff Jerrick, Radek and Laurel were fantastic! The Crown Grill's service was marginal. The hostess was less than friendly. We requested a water view because my husband gets seasick. She tried to put us but he door - 2X.

The Club Dining service was perfect! Please commend Jerrick, Radek and Laurel. They made us feel very special and their service was better than any 5star restaurant we have been too! The bar areas thoughout the ship were OK. Service was nothing special.

Excellent. Glenn was our cabin steward. He was spectacular. He was friendly, prompt and responsive. He did wonderful!

Ship tip

We booked our cruise through . We had to battle for our proper drink package. I would tell any one to please check what you paid for to what you are receiving when on the ship. There were many people that had billing errors.
