Review summary

Was very nice. Staff was great and accommodating Overall I really enjoyed it, but it was frustrating having antiquated entertainment systems - movies and internet. Should update to the new Medallion system that is on other Princess Ships

Ship came from Europe so crew had to go through customs and also an annual Coast Guard Inspection. Not enough staff. 3000+ People in a holding area for hours waiting

So far, the only ship with full Medallion service in the Caribbean Princess. Royal and Regal should be next. Princess has had a tough time getting Ocean Medallion running correctly. We sailed on the Crown December 2017. Great cruise.

I was on with you and I would agree with you as far as TV entertainment was not as good as the newer ships. However I believe that they were going to start soon. The last dry dock wiring was put in behind the gold cover above the mail box. Now it needs to be put into the cabins.
