Review summary

The cruise people are very friendly and helpful. The boat was clean and the food was delicious. It would have been nice to get a better map at the beginning of the trip as we didn't find parts of the ship that we would have loved to go to until the end of our cruise. Fantastic experience as our first cruise.

The cabin was clean and even though it was a "obstructed view", it was not a problem. It was nice to look out and see Alaska.

Ship tip

Take advantage of the Princess Patter that gave the schedule of events and shows, etc. They were awesome shows, games, etc!

Glad you loved your first cruise, thanks for the review! Where do you want to go for your second cruise?

There was a small foldout map on our bed when we arrived. We never used it and just explored.

I agree there should be a folded map upon check-in. What about the PCL app? Does it not have a map? When we cruised on Disney, its app had deck plans.

And I believe you can go to the passengers desk and they will give you one as well. It's a real small fold-up map

They give you a folded map when you check in and there is one on the wall on each deck in several places , one online and I believe in the folder of info at the desk in the rooms and if you order a booklet for your itinerary online free, one in that booklet

We just explored every deck until we located everything. The most serene place is the library.

Is there one available that you know of? Just asking so the rest of us might have a heads up.
