Review summary

Favorite part was glacier bay and viewing it from our balcony. Crown Princess has to improve on their food. The buffet was tasteless. I have been on many other cruise lines and their dining room food was outstanding but crown princess has a lot to learn from them. I was very disappointed in the anytime dining but found out you have to eat when they want you to.

Disappointed in the short time in Victoria, why even stop in the port.

Not sure I will ever princess cruises again.

We had a sewer smell in our hallway and sometimes on our room. The ting that saved the cruise was Alaska and Victoria

No difference in dining. I finally got a a phone call back from Iris with Princess. She said she was calling on behalf of Ms. Swartz who is CEO or president of Princess. They apologized for poor service. Gave me a whole $25.00 credit to my wife and I for our next Princess Cruise. I told them thanks but I will not be sailing on Princess again with this great offer the gave me.

I'm with you in everything you have said. I have emailed and called to voice my concerns and can't get a response from anyone at Princess. I've decided they do not care about what their customers have to say even though they pass out comment cards all over ship and email you a review to complete as soon as you get off ship.
