Review summary

We were somewhat disappointed with Princess. The food was mediocre, MDR served a rack of lamb cold and when filling our coffee or water they over filled our cups and let fluid spill on the floor. In Horizon Court we were frequently ignored for our drink orders. If our order was taken, sometimes the waiter never came back. Other times we were ignored completely. Have had better food and service on Royal and Carnival.

Ship tip

Definitely get a balcony cabin if cruising to Alaska. We spent a lot of time there and were able to avoid the crowds.
