Review summary

definitely not as good as I remember... not any one walking around with drinks when I got on.not any one wiping elevators or railings down. breakfast eggs were cold or over done.

How long ago 'as I remember', I don't ever remember anyone walking around with drink when embarking, I've only been cruising 7 years - we've been on 3 different cruiselines and 5 cruises all in Europe. Sounds like you had a terrible time 🙄 lol lol stay home

I agree with above comments. We had really enjoyed our previous Princess cruise on the Sapphire and hearing all the complaints here about Crown before our Mexico cruise this past March, I was a little worried that she was going to be shabby and ill-kept with questionable service. But the only critical comment we could make was that we wished the buffet, especially at breakfast, had had a little more variety day-to-day like we have experienced on Norwegian (a critique we had also made with our cruise on Sapphire). Other than that, everything was indeed spotless, there was no shortage of drinks offered, our room steward was stellar, and we just had a really nice time on a really nice ship.

We were on last week's cruise & it was 1st rate. The staff was great & so was the food. Yes they were wiping railings, etc. Waiters and bar staff every place you went.

I really dont understand why everyone is so down on this ship! Everyone, from the captain down to our room steward are amazing! I am on the ship right now and we are stuck overnight in San Franscisco due to high winds at sea. The ship is spotless and the food is very good... Wow... If everyone feels the needtocomplain about something... Stay home...
