Food was not great, few options for a cruise line.  Staff not friendly in dining room, ice cream, pizza and buffet area.  Room steward was nice.  Shore excursion was not at all like the description and Princess would not do anything more than 20% off, even though they agreed it was exaggerated.  Our mini suite was fantastic!  Entertainment was iffy, the singers looked like they were lip syncing....

Also our booking agent told us we had a 100 on board credit that we did not get. I also will not use this site again.
