Costa Mediterranea Cruise Review to Caribbean - Eastern
7 Night Eastern Caribbean (Ft. Lauderdale Roundtrip)
Sail date: April 08, 2007
Ship: Costa Mediterranea
Cabin type: Balcony
Traveled as: Family (young children)
Reviewed: 14 years ago
Review summary
Spotless, from top to bottom. Couldn't be any cleaner, and the crew seemed to work 24 hour shifts to keep the ship clean. Seemed much bigger than it was due to the offset hallway pattern on the cabin floors.Ports of call
Catalina Island (Isla Catalina), Dominican Republic
Casa De Campo, Dominican Republic

Pros: The shows on the main stage were OUTSTANDING! Much better than on past Carnival cruises.
Cons: The food was very average. The main dining room meals were tasteless, and the breakfast buffet was mostly cold.
Recommends Costa Mediterranea? Yes!
