Review summary

This is our third Costa cruise ( once on the Atlantica and twice on the Mediterranea) and we have no desire to cruis any other cruise line. We love the European atmosphere (and we are not European) and the fact there are large numbers of Spanish, German, French and Italian (although most were multilingual) passengers on board. We will definitely be sailing Costa againg and look forward to cruising on the new Concordia and Serena.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
Wonderful Italian food with a different menu every night.in the dining romm but also large offering of other foods for those who don't care for Italian. Buffet had numerous offerings and the menu was never the same. .Wonderful midnight buffet if you still had room for any more food. Were not limited to just pizza in the evening althoug the pizzeria was open until 1 a.m.

Stay on the ship. This is an uninhabited island and the ship docks right off shore of this island. You take a tender boat to the beach and that is where you stay. We were afraid to get in the water due to warnings of jellyfish.
