compared to other cruises we have been on this was at the bottom of the list , we have spent less money and had better food, entertainment and daily activities.

Overall the meals were awful , i sent my dinner back twice because everythin was overcooked and dry. the buffet was exceptionally greasy , salad was the only safe thing to eat.

evening show were substandard, highschool kids are more entertaining

my trip was booked with a 15% discount on excursion, costa did not honor this discount and staff made no effort what soever to correct my statement.. I do not know where the problem is with the cruise line and your agency.
