Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Balcony

compared to other cruises we have been on this was at the bottom of the
list , we have spent less money and had better food, entertainment and
daily activities.

Pros: we had a nice stateroom, dance music was good

Cons: food, entertainment and 3 ports

Recommends Costa Mediterranea? No.

Ship Quality
Food and Dining
Overall the meals were awful , i sent my dinner back twice because everythin was overcooked and dry. the buffet was exceptionally greasy , salad was the only safe thing to eat.
Entertainment
evening show were substandard, highschool kids are more entertaining
Service and Staff
my trip was booked with a 15% discount on excursion, costa did not honor this discount and staff made no effort what soever to correct my statement.. I do not know where the problem is with the cruise line and your agency.
Cabin / Stateroom
stateroom was comfortable with plenty of storage, nice bathroom
loved the verenda
Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas
Megan bay beach was nice and shoppping is excellent. stop was very crowded as so many ships were in port at the same time.
Don't Miss: Megan bay beach, St John Island, cable car ride and shopping
Grand Turk Island
other than the few shops by the pier , this was a waste
Don't Miss: miss going there altogether

Casa De Campo, Dominican Republic
went to Catalina Island for a Beach day.
San Juan, Puerto Rico
we arrived late in the afternoon , so no time to really do anything, few excursion offered not worth doing.
