Ship experiences

Food and Dining

1 out of 5
Very limited choice in buffet, same menu every day. Main dining room service is very slow, took 2.5 hours to eat dinner. No service in the buffet what so ever. You'll be lucky if they clean the dishes away from the table, that's it. Juice in the buffet is only available in the morning. Only water in the afternoon and lunch. Between 5-7pm no food, except "italian pizza", which is just bread with a sprinkle of herbs or sliced black olives. From 6:30-7pm no food at all, not even "pizza".

Onboard Activities

2 out of 5
Shows were nice. No water slide for the kids, two pools with hot tubs, but kids are not allowed in ANY hot tub, claiming the chemicals are too strong. Pretty ridiculous. Cruising in winter months they should accommodate the youngest passengers too with at least one hot tub for them to warm up and enjoy.

kids complained they were mostly watching the same movie (the trolls) over and over again.

Service and Staff

3 out of 5
The room service is down to once a day, but gratuities are still the same. The final bill was rounded up to the nearest $5, I've never seen that done before either. A lot of staff are downright rude, you feel like you bother them by asking a question. Main dining room waiters come to you for the first time after you've been sitting there for 20-30 minutes. They don't really talk to you, everything is done pretty quietly.

Cabin / Stateroom

Nice size, clean. Pillows are very flat and firm. You might want to bring your own if you like soft and fluffy.

Ship tip

Very budget option. Fits it's 3.5* rating.
