Review summary

All of the ports of call were excellent except for Martha’s Vineyard. We weren’t able to go there because of bad weather but overall the ports we did go to were great. I only wish the service on board was better. I don’t recommend going on this ship.

I was given a bottle of wine from guest services that was supposed to be served to me with dinner. On the second night the sommelier presented the bottle of wine to me at dinner and then he took the bottle back to open it and after 15 minutes passed he returned to me to pour my wine and to my surprise he came back with a totally different bottle of wine than the one that he originally presented to me. When I asked him what happened to my bottle of wine he said he didn’t know what happened to it. He said that it was probably given to another table. I told him that this was unacceptable and I left the dining room and never returned. I noted all of this in the final survey to Celebrity but they never got back to me.. Don’i will never cbook a cruise on this ship again. Extremely poor customer service
