Blu and the cafeteria gave excellent service and a variety of food. A multitude of healthy choices with clear documentation of what foods were gluten free and sugar free.

Loved the fitness center and Spa. Used the Persian Gardens and the whirlpool and hot tub regularly.

The stage shows were well done and entertaining. The comedians were excellent!

We were especially impressed with our waiters and personnel in Blu. Two issues we had were handled quickly and professionally by competent guest relations personnel.
Ship Quality

On the whole we were very pleased with the convenience of the ship’s layout. All was kept clean and well-maintained. However, our cabin and veranda in Aqua Class, for which we paid extra, was directly under the pool area. Whoever designed this didn’t give adequate thought to the noise that would filter into the rooms below. During the day we heard bands, yelling, people walking overhead, and tables and chairs being moved. I hope this can be remedied for future cruisers.
Cabin / Stateroom

Our cabin was comfortable and clean. However, its location directly under the pool deck was less than desirable. One evening a party around the pool was held and the noise and vibration from the band was so loud we couldn’t watch TV, read, or rest. After 2 phone calls and 2 visits to Guest Relations, a staff member came to our cabin to see what we were talking about. He experienced what we had been experiencing from 9:30 PM until almost midnight. The staff handled our situation graciously with daily phone calls to see how the noise was, as well as giving us two $200 certificates for future sailings. Celebrity still remains our cruise line of choice because of their gracious response, but we will make sure we are never under the pool deck again.
