Ship experiences
Food and Dining
3 out of 5
As I have previously stated they need a menu upgrade in main dinning, have had the same menu for over a decade. They tend to put all of their exceptional dishes on one or two nights while other elves look like a menu dessert. Plating seems finer style. That being said some of their meals are quite good. We especially like the tournedos, duck L'orange, beef flank steak, leg of lamb and beef wellington. Rest of menu is average to disappointing. Appetizers, salads, and desserts nothing special. Always great service however. For score keeping we dine late fixed seating. We had dinner at Tuscan Grill, always terrific. Tuna Romanesco was outstanding
Onboard Activities

We hang out at pool when not ashore. Pleasant enough, they seem to have turned down the volume poolside
Entertainment

Vast improvements. Production shows were good. Comics not so much. Singer Marcus Terll and the Serenades were very good. Celebrity orchestra was great house band not so much.

Service and Staff
5 out of 5
We always experience great service from all on board. Food staff, bartenders, room steward and pool attendants were top notch. We did not use any other services this trip
Ship Quality
3 out of 5
Giving a three as we feel there are issues post dry dock that are not to our liking, I have mentioned them in a prior review and will not repeat all. One issue that was very annoying this trip was the replacement of the canvas covering at sunset bar with a wooden slatted awning. Several days wre very hot and sunny while deck including the bar was unusable same for days when it rained. Midship elevators have lots of problems with buttons many don't work.
Cabin / Stateroom

Very clean. Again smaller post retrofit. Shower door opens in awkward. Handle on wall bangs shoulder. Need to get out of bed to turn off reading lamp.
Ship tip
Staff is great don't be afraid to ask you need or to voice any concerns
Been here many times. We stayed a few days post cruise at the Condado Vanderbilt hotel great experience.
When visiting as a port of call walking old, visiting El Morro, an El Yunqu on your own are good experiences.
Beautiful island. In the past we have toured the entire island including sulfer pits Pitons etc. A great way to see the island is by boat. You can get an 8 hrs sailboat charter with captain and crew for a reasonable cost. Rendezvous Resort is only a few minutes by cab from the port and they do a fantastic day pass
