Review summary

everything was at a "fee"; tours of ship, classes etc. No free movies in room and bad TV channels. Mostly commercial channels for Celebrity. Too much selling on ship - photos, specialty restaurants, etc. Guest services didn't handle requests well. Only thing good was entertainment on ship and ports of call. Rate ship a 2. Choose another line.

good ADA room however, the balcony door would not shut properly. Asked for service on first night when a high pitch noise was heard every time we were sailing; all night long etc. No one ever came to fix it. Room never got vacuumed well since last guests left ship as there were crumbs on floor which never got vacuumed up.
