Review summary

Overall we enjoyed the cruise, although our primary purpose in taking it was to enjoy the fall leaves. Regrettably we were too early to see the lovely colours.

We attended this venue a couple of days before disembarkation to inquire about the wifi fee so we could confirm/complete our flight home. We were told there was no need to do this as they would this for no fee providing it was 24 hours or less before the fight. We returned to have this task completed, waited in line advised the woman of what we were told. She quickly and in my view rudely dismissed our request. (We did not get the name of herwho encouraged us to return.

Cabin / Stateroom

Cleanliness good, size was smallest we’ve had, window was a long tubular porthole with no peripheral vision, sink stop had to be repaired twice and still not fixed - this cabin should be priced a lot lower than other oceanview cabins

Ship tip

Other than the gym and the pool, limited activities for us no lawn club, no movie theatre, very noisy solarium, recommend a larger ship

Had been here before. Walked along the long boardwalk and then a friend gave us a private tour of the highlights of Halifax. Also visited Pier 21 to gather some more information as this is where My wife immigrated to Canada in 1955.

Was able to get a shuttle to airport quickly although the fees were fairly pricey for such a short ride

Glad you enjoyed my neck of the woods!

There isn't an indoor movie theater, but at the back of the ship, on the top deck, is a large outdoor screen where they play movies. Lots of comfy loungers and towels/blankets for cooler nights. Wonderful for movie watching.
